St. Luke's Health System Palliative Care Social Worker in Twin Falls, Idaho

What you can expect from this role
2, 10 hour shifts per week
Primarily an outpatient position but will also see patients in the hospital, Cancer Institute, skilled nursing facilities and in home.
Intensive onboarding and training
Qualifications
Education: Masters degree in social work.
Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Idaho.
Experience in Palliative Care or Hospice preferred
