What you can expect from this role
Part of a care team providing crisis management, comprehensive assessments, psychotherapy, and resource information for pediatric, adult, and senior populations
M-F 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. and anticipate opening for weekend availability (Sa-Su 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)
In house continuing education, 3 Paid Education Days annually and Education Funding ($1000 annually)

What We Offer
St. Luke’s Health System in Nampa is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our South Nampa Community Clinic team. The South Nampa Clinic will use consumer insights to shape the care environment; therefore, a flexible mindset to adapt to consumer needs and preferences is required. A qualified candidate will be well versed in evidence-based practices, have strong time management and documentation skills, the ability to prioritize competing demands, and the ability to collaborate with a variety of partners. Examples of issues that the therapist may assist with: depression, anxiety, insomnia, stress management, substance use, grief, suicidal ideation, recent psychiatric hospitalization, chronic pain/illness, difficulty coping with medical illness or new diagnosis, treatment adherence, uncontrolled medical issues, obesity, unexplained symptoms, etc.
Qualifications
Education: Master's degree
Licenses/Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross and hold a License in Idaho in one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor (LFMC)
