St. Luke's Health System Registered Nurse - Heart Failure Clinic in Meridian, Idaho
Overview

We are currently hiring for a Full-Time RN at the SL Heart Failure Clinic in Meridian!
The SL Heart Failure Clinic serves a complex patient population with the goal of keeping patients from readmitting into the hospital.
What You Can Expect:
Telephone symptom triage.
Epic in-basket monitoring/management.
Venipuncture with POCT testing.
Starting IV for administration of IV Bumex.
HF education for new patients.
Notifying patients of test results/messages from providers.
Medication refills.
Troubleshooting medication affordability.
Facilitating/supporting MAs to help clinic/providers to run on time.
Procedure scheduling for MD.
Additional duties as assigned within RN scope of practice.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4 days per week, 7:00am - 5:30pm, with a variable day off.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
Experience: 1 years' experience
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
Preferred Qualifications:
Cardiology background is ideal
Strong assessment and triage skills
