St. Luke's Health System Patient Access Specialist in Fruitland, Idaho
Overview
At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Patient Access Specialists strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.
This customer service position is often the first person a patient encounters when entering the St. Luke’s Fruitland Family Medicine clinic . This important role supportsexceptional interactions to ensure professional, timely and accurate written and verbal communication with both patients and caregivers (both in person and by phone).
Shift Details : Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:45pm
What you can expect from this role:
Registration, scheduling, and referral coordination for patients
Discussions on financial options and/or explanations of insurance coverage, including authorizations, verifications, and estimates
Use a variety of technologies, tools and resources to support departmental workflows
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications for this Role:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
