We're on the lookout for new Quality Manager to join our hybrid team. If you are a motivated,results-driven individual who lovescoordinating and executing complexprojects, this role might be a great fit. As our Quality Manager, you will coordinate and manage projects to improve patient outcomes throughout the health system. You'lllead regional teams that conduct chart reviews, gather data to create reports to presentto leadership bodies,collaboratively create standardized processes,develop training, and drive results. This role does require participation inoccasionalearly morning or evening meetings.
What you can expect from this role:
Full-time Days (Mon-Fri) hybrid (office/remote)
No nights, weekends, or St. Luke’s observed holidays
Boldly engage and lead diverse groups to drive and resolve opportunities for improvement
Leadcommon thread analysis to isolate vulnerable populations and identify meaningful process improvement
Transform clinical information into easy-to-understand narratives that drive change
Design, executes, and monitors action plans at site, region, and system levels to ensure accountability and benefits realization
Collect, review, and report on outcomes and processes relevant to the specific quality program project
Detect when workflows are driving certain outcomes
Develop educational materials for direct care staff throughout all areas of the health system
Collaborate with team and stakeholders to implementsustaining and systemicperformance improvement strategies
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Experience: 6 years’ relevant experience (i.e. clinical chart review experience; project management and/or performance improvement experience); must be proficient in Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Licenses/Certifications: RN license in state of practice
