St. Luke's Health System Principal Trainer 1 in Boise, Idaho

Overview

St. Luke’s is actively looking for a dynamic Principal Trainer to join our talented Education team. This individual is responsible for the delivery of mSL (EPIC) education in support of populations of end users. Working with others in the department, the Principal Trainer will work to ensure the delivery of the curriculum meets the design expectations. The Principal Trainer will participate in training programs leading to credentialing in multiple applications and proficiency in at least one application. This individual will spend the majority of the time facilitating learning with end users.

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

  • 1 year of relevant experience

Preferred Criteria

  • EPIC experience is preferred

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
